The Restaurant

In the picturesque village of Montmartre, at the corner of Caulaincourt and Joseph de Maistre streets, Le Diapason is the restaurant of the Terrass Hotel, unique four-star hotel in Montmartre.

The restaurant lies in two different places depending on the seasons: on the ground floor from October to April and on the hotel’s terrace in summer.

On the ground floor, the restaurant looks to the street through large bay windows. In this large space very sober in style, with grey and sand colours, uncluttered and contemporary, the atmosphere is calm and suitable for business or private lunch and dinner.

From April to the end of September, the restaurant moves up to the terrace on the 7th floor of the Terrass Hotel, in a green setting overlooking Paris and offering a stunning view.

Using flavours from all over the world, our Chef de Cuisine and his Pastry Chef create and prepare inventive recipes that shake the basics up with daring and pleasure.

Several seasonal set menus are proposed from 18 Euros. Every Sunday from 11:30am, a Brunch with a sweet and savory buffet is served in the ground floor's restaurant. And as kids are kings in Montmartre, a Children’s menu (10€) is set up specially for them, and they can even organize their Birthday parties in our meeting rooms!

You will find useful information on our news and events in the Winter Newsletter : Winter menus at Le Diapason (from January 6th) and at the 12 Cosy Bar, Valentine's Day, Special menus (Epiphany, Russian New Year, Chinese New Year, Grand-mother's Day...) and temporary exhibitions are to be discovered.

Since Sunday 6th September 2009 : Sunday Brunch, your new rendez-vous in Paris ! Every Sunday, a buffet with sweet and salted meals waits for you from 11:30am to 4pm in the restaurant on the ground floor of the Terrass Hotel.

2nd Prix Diapason du Livre d'Art: on Thursday 10th December 2009, in the Terrass Hotel's lounge, the jury of the Prix Diapason has awarded Pascal Cribier for his wonderful coffee-table book Itinéraire d'un Jardinier, published by Xavier Barral. He succeeds Pascale Bordet and Laurencine Lot, awarded in 2008 for their book La Magie du Costume.
